Thank you for shopping at LuxGlowAura. We strive to provide high-quality products for your maximum satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. We accept requests for exchange or refund of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery, as detailed below.

If the return is caused by the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping fee (based on the courier service you choose).

If the return is caused by our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we cover the shipping cost.
Return Process

Email our Customer Service at support@luxglowaura.com, indicating the item(s) you'd like to return and the reason.

Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.

After approval, package the item(s) securely with original packing.

Drop off the package at your local post office.

Once received, returns are usually processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you'll receive a confirmation email.
Note: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your bank account depending on your financial institution.

Packages that are already dispatched or in transit cannot be refunded.

Returns due to customer reasons must cover shipping costs.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging.

Please wear underwear when trying on items.

Double-check your returns before sending. We are not responsible for non-LuxGlowAura items returned by mistake.

Non-returnable items (marked as such) cannot be returned.

Returns made without prior request/approval will not be accepted.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC). All returns must be sent at your own cost.

Items returned due to incorrect size selection or wrong info are not considered quality issues.

We offer free size exchanges, but you must pay the return shipping for the original item.

You are responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping information if not corrected before shipping.

Once the package has left Customs in origin country, the carrier becomes responsible for any loss.

For products with quality issues, email us immediately. After verification, we’ll send a free replacement.

If the package is damaged or missing items, contact us within 2 weeks of delivery with proof. Beyond this time, the customer assumes responsibility.
Note: Original shipping fees and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable unless the return is due to product quality issues or our error.
